The Arrows aim to attract players from Redditch, Worcester and the
surrounding areas, we will also welcome players from farther a field. Excellent communication links (we are situated just off Junction 2 of the M42) put the team within easy reach of many.
The Redditch Arrows Youth Team is a community club and as such is open to all
(players however must be within the age range for the league) we do not discriminate in any form. The Team's Recruitment Policy will :
- be fair and consistent;
- be non-discriminatory on the grounds of sex, race, religion or disability;
- conform to statutory regulations and agreed best practice.
The Arrows are always looking for new players and encourage those interested to contact at any time.
Those interested in playing should be aged 16 – 19 (born 1990 >),
alternatively we can offer non playing opportunities such as coaching, game day management, team judging and much more.
We can also offer coaching to junior players aged 14 – 16 with the hope of
competing in the BAFL Junior championship season.
